STATE OF THE MARKET
Baja's market has been quite stable for the last 6 months. Inventories are steady and prices remain unchanged. However, select neigborhoods have experienced a rebound in prices. For example;
Club Marena Villas prices have risen about 10% in the last quarter of this 2010. Buyers with cash have the most leverage to get incredible deals but there are many sellers who are willing to hold paper. Great terms can be negotiated on this basis.
