Sales in Baja California's northern region have begun to rebound after a significant price correction. Prices along the oceanfront have now dropped at least 30% from their market highs and in some oceanview location have fallen nearly 50%. However, transactions have increased nearly 30% so far in Q4. This has prices stabilizing and in some cases rebounding slightly.

Cash buyers find themselves in the best position to take advantage of great deals as sellers are most willing to bargain for full cash offers. However there are some great opportunities where sellers are willing to hold paper and provide private financing to qualified buyers.
